In Indiana, the 2026 Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, 5 May; polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. prevailing local time (Eastern Daylight Saving Time in Pulaski County). The spring voter-registration deadline is the end of business hours in the Clerk’s Office (4:00 p.m. E.D.S.T.) on Monday, 6 April. Early voting in Pulaski County will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 7 April, and will occur on weekdays through noon on Monday, 4 May, on the ground floor of the Pulaski County courthouse, 112 East Main Street, Winamac. Early voting will also take place in the courthouse and at the Francesville Fire Station, 122 East Montgomery Street, Francesville, on the mornings of Saturday, 25 April and 2 May. The Pulaski County Clerk’s Office is responsible for running elections under the supervision of the Pulaski County Election Board. The Clerk’s Office can be found on the ground floor of the courthouse or reached via email or at 574.946.3313; Clerk staff can assist you with voting absentee by mail or with the assistance of the traveling board and answer any questions that you may have regarding the upcoming election.
