Unified Development Ordinance

Pulaski County Ordinance 2025-03, the Pulaski County, Indiana, Unified Development Ordinance. Governing land use, zoning, use and development standards, subdivision control, and wind- and solar-energy systems, this ordinance is applicable in all of Pulaski County outside of the incorporated towns of Francesville and Winamac and their respective extraterritorial jurisdictions. The P.C.U.D.O. is enforced by the Board of Commissioners and the Advisory Plan Commission through the Pulaski County Building Department.
