Mission
It is the mission of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office to meet the needs and expectations of the community we serve. To enforce local ordinances, state statutes, The Constitution of the State of Indiana, and The Constitution of the United Stated of America in an equal and unbiased manner. And, to be both leaders and role models in our community and our country.
911 Address Request Form
Complete this form as directed, including specifics of the location for which the address is needed. This can be the exact name(s) for property owner, the parcel number for the property, a latitude/longitude of the location, directions based off of an established address and/or intersection, or any other description that accurately pinpoints where the new address is needed. This form can be returned to via email, mail, or in person at the Pulaski County Justice Center.
Upon receipt of request, it may take 7-10 business days for the address to be assigned. Once it is completed, you will receive two copies of a letter advising you of the new address as well as guidelines for proper address display.
