Demand-response public transportation in Pulaski County is provided by Pulaski County Human Services, a local partner of the Kankakee-Iroquois Regional Planning Commission (KIRPC) Public Transit Service, with support from the Indiana Department of Transportation Office of Transit.
Currently, Pulaski County has three partner-counties also participating in KIRPC Public Transit: Jasper, Newton, and Starke.
